Where's My Dues Card?

The 2013 dues invoices were mailed on 11/30/2012 and everyone should receive theirs soon, except those recently inducted (Ordealed) at the 2012 Fall Fellowship weekend. If you did not get one please contect Lee Faden at membership@unamilodge.org and we will resend one to your house. Members should carefully check the membership information on the dues notice, make corrections/additions as necessary, and return the form to the council office with your $15.00 dues payment. If your dues payment was not received at the council office by January 31st then you are late and a $5.00 late fee will be added to your bill.

Please Note:

If you sealed your bond of Brotherhood at the Fall Fellowship weekend or the Blitz, the fee DID NOT include lodge dues.
